I have been a group fitness coach since 2011. Over the last 9 years, I've built on my background as a physiologist with sports-specific coaching experience to bring clients group fitness classes that consistently stand out for their quality.

I strive to create an environment where everyone feels welcome & supported, using my knowledge & experience to help people simply "feel better", no matter what that looks like for them.
I've worked with a truly global client base, from beginners to professional athletes, and across a range of ages from children to older adults. I'm qualified to teach both pre-choreographed formats such as Les Mills, or freestyle formats.
